Course Outcome: All participants will leave with a clear action plan to ensure the success of their organisation in the challenging times ahead.
Target Audience: This course is aimed at those with responsibility for the overall strategy and direction of their organisation. It is particularly aimed at chief executives and chairs of boards.
Approach: After an initial briefing on the impact of climate change, peak oil, global economics and population growth, you will have an opportunity to explore the four key strategies you can use to be successful in the low carbon economy. Using scenario planning participants will examine how the world might look over the next ten years, and what they can do to prepare for this.
