| Target Audience: We are all capable of behaving aggressively, passively or assertively to get what we want. However assertive behaviour means expressing how we feel and what we want, directly and honestly, respecting both ourselves and others. It helps to strengthen relationships, both at work and home, as well as influence others and deal with conflict more successfully. If you’d like to know more, this workshop is for you. |
| Approach: This workshop offers a range of simple assertiveness techniques to learn and practise in a supportive environment. It will draw on your experiences and strengths and will be a mixture of theoretical input, group discussion, individual and small group exercises including case studies and skills practice. |
