Target Audience: This course is for anyone who takes minutes in their work. It is intended for those who have little or no experience, or for more experienced workers who want to hone their skills.
Approach: Many of us are railroaded into taking minutes without any training or experience, which can be nerve-wracking and stressful. This highly participative course unpacks the skills needed to take and write up effective minutes. It combines trainer input with small group practical sessions with opportunities to practise editing and minute-taking throughout the day.
