Course Outcome: By the end of the course, participants will be able to:

Target Audience: To enable participants to conduct successful negotiations and to formalise the results into simple, effective and legally binding contracts.
Approach: The course offers a demystifying explanation of the basics of contract law through group discussion, an opportunity to analyse specific types of contract in small groups and an opportunity to practice negotiation techniques in group exercises.
