Chief Executive: Charlotte Jones
Charlotte Jones read English and Philosophy at York University and Law at the College of Law Chancery Lane. She trained as a solicitor and worked as a legal advisor at Brixton Law Centre and the Interchange Studios. She also worked at York Rape Crisis and Women’s Aid as counsellor and advisor and as a freelance trainer and facilitator since 1991, specialising in company management, contracts and negotiating skills. Charlotte has been Chief Executive of ITC since 2000 and was previously Deputy Director responsible for management advice, union negotiations and dispute resolution.

Legal & Industrial Relations Manager: Jackie Elliman
Jackie Elliman is ITC’s Legal & Industrial Relations Manager. Jackie comes from a theatre management background and has worked for a range of performing arts organisations, from street arts to the West End. She has also worked for TMA/SOLT and for Equity and for 8 years ran her own business providing arts administration, marketing and events organisations services. Jackie has a Drama Degree from Manchester University and studied Law at the College of Law. She is also a qualified mediator and arbitrator.

Administrator: Sasha Alsop
Sasha joined ITC in March 2011 as the Administrator. Having obtained a Masters in Arts Administration and Cultural Policy Sasha has a keen interest in performing arts management. Should you have any enquiries relationg to our training courses, membership and finance please get in touch. Sasha is also responsible for programming and facilitating the performing arts administrators' forum. She is interested in building her peer networks with those working in similiar roles.

Membership and Communications Co-ordinator: Kevin Durjan
If you have a question about membership, Kevin will be happy to answer this for you. He studied Experimental Psychology at the University of Sussex. He was Administrator of the Kings Head Theatre, and Administration Manager at Theatre Royal Stratford East. He is a member of the Royal Opera House Disability Advisory Panel.
