Chief Executive: Charlotte Jones
Charlotte Jones read English and Philosophy at York University and Law at the College of Law Chancery Lane. She trained as a solicitor and worked as a legal advisor at Brixton Law Centre and the Interchange Studios. She also worked at York Rape Crisis and Women’s Aid as counsellor and advisor and as a freelance trainer and facilitator since 1991, specialising in company management, contracts and negotiating skills. Charlotte has been Chief Executive of ITC since 2000 and was previously Deputy Director responsible for management advice, union negotiations and dispute resolution.

Deputy Director: Danny Hearty
Danny is Deputy Director at ITC. Before this, he spent 25 years working as a trainer, advisor and manager in the health and education sectors and for international human rights and environmental agencies. He passionately believes that learning and professional development is enjoyable, powerful and life-enhancing. His style reflects these values. Danny is an Executive Coach and a Member of the International Coach Federation (ICF). He has attained their accredited Certificate in Executive and Life Coaching and is now working towards becoming an ICF Associate. He is also an accredited Myers Briggs (MBTI) Assessor for OPP, the European distributor and a Belbin Team Roles Assessor for Belbin Associates.

Legal & Industrial Relations Manager: Jackie Elliman
Jackie Elliman is ITC’s Legal & Industrial Relations Manager. Jackie comes from a theatre management background and has worked for a range of performing arts organisations, from street arts to the West End. She has also worked for TMA/SOLT and for Equity and for 8 years ran her own business providing arts administration, marketing and events organisations services. Jackie has a Drama Degree from Manchester University and studied Law at the College of Law. She is also a qualified mediator and arbitrator.

Professional Development Co-ordinator: Kemi Bamidele
Kemi Bamidele joined ITC in February 2005 as a Professional Development Co-ordinator. She is responsible for programming, marketing and delivering training courses and managing events. She has experience in project management and various aspects of communications and marketing. She is a qualified member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing and holds a Diploma in Communication and Marketing (CAM) and a CIPD Certificate in Personnel Practice.

Membership Co-ordinator: Alex Di Capua
Alex Di Capua has a degree in Law and has worked as legal researcher and administrator in the public, private and non-profit sectors before embarking on a six months volunteering experience in Belize. He joined ITC in 2007 as Membership Co-ordinator and is responsible for marketing and communication, information services and events. He is also Trustee for a small charity and has an MA in Charity Management from South Bank University.

Professional Development Co-ordinator: Kevin Durjun
Kevin Durjun is the Fast Track Co-ordinator and is responsible for implementing all aspects of this project. He studied Experimental Psychology at the University of Sussex. He was Administrator of the Kings Head Theatre, and Administration Manager at Theatre Royal Stratford East. He has co-ordinated two Fast Track programmes and has worked with both Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic (BAME) and disabled groups. He is a member of the Croydon Equal Access group and of the Royal Opera House Disability Advisory Panel.

Administrator: Jon Opie
Jon Opie joined ITC in 2008 as its Administrator, responsible for the day to day running of the office, training programmes and finance. He has an English degree from Cambridge Universty and an MA in Arts Administration and Cultural Policy from Goldsmiths College. Previously he has worked as a librarian, a West End usher and more recently as Hampstead Theatre's Trusts and Foundations Development Manager.
