Fast Track is a well-established, positive action programme in British theatre and arts management. We have run Fast Track since 1997 to address the under-representation of black, asian and other minority ethnic (BAME) people working at middle and senior management levels in UK theatre.

Following a successful pilot scheme last summer, we are now running a programme for disabled candidates due to commence in April 08.

Graduates and former Fast Track participants are now to be found working for organisations as diverse as Hampstead Theatre, Shunt, and the Arts Council. This year, ITC elected our first Fast Track graduate onto our Board.
