ITC is committed to ensuring its events and management training programme are accessible to disabled people. It is helpful for us to know of your access needs with plenty of notice to enable us to make reasonable adjustments.

Venue
Unless otherwise stated, ITC training courses take place at our training room at 12, The Leathermarket, Weston Street, London SE1 3ER.

We are situated on the first floor and are accessible by lift. An EVAC chair is available in case of emergency.

Accessible Toilets
Accessible toilets are located on the ground and second floors of the building, accessible by lift. Additional facilities are located on the ground floor of the reception building of the complex.

Guide dogs
Guide dogs are welcome at ITC events and training courses

Parking Facilities
If you require an allocated car parking space as part of your access need, please give us one day’s notice and we can organise this for you. There are also limited parking spaces available on the street for blue badge holders. We are located within the congestion charge zone.

Interpreters and other support workers
Your interpreters, carers and other support workers are welcome to attend ITC events with you, however, ITC cannot pay for their fees.

Additional Support
We have a portable hearing loop.
We are happy to supply course notes in advance.
Course notes are available in a variety of formats (eg digitally and large print).
Our trainers and facilitators are flexible. If given enough notice, they can adapt the structure of training courses to fit your needs.
