We answer questions on a range of issues from company and charity law through to National Insurance and VAT queries. We can help with disciplinary issues, contracts' vetting and advise on staff development.
Do I need to be a registered company before I can join ITC?
No! We will accept companies into membership at any stage in their development.
I want our company to be registered with Companies House - can ITC help with this?
Yes we can. For an additional fee ITC can process your application to become a Company Limited by Guarantee and a Registered Charity.
What can ITC offer me as a freelance manager?
Independent Membership was introduced for the increasing number of freelance managers and producers in the sector. Benefits of membership include advice, networking opportunities and reduced priced training.
