    Chief Executive: Charlotte Jones

    Charlotte Jones read English and Philosophy at York University and Law at the College of Law Chancery Lane. She trained as a solicitor and worked as a legal advisor at Brixton Law Centre and the Interchange Studios. She also worked at York Rape Crisis and Women’s Aid as a counsellor and advisor and as a freelance trainer and facilitator since 1991, specialising in company management, contracts and negotiating skills. Charlotte has been Chief Executive of ITC since 2000 and was previously Deputy Director. Charlotte specialises in advice and training on leadership, governance, company management, contracts and negotiating skills.

  • Legal & Industrial Relations Manager: Jackie Elliman

    Legal & Industrial Relations Manager: Jackie Elliman

    Jackie Elliman is ITC’s Legal & Industrial Relations Manager. Jackie comes from a theatre management background and has worked for a range of performing arts organisations, from street arts to the West End. She has also worked for TMA/SOLT and for Equity and for eight years ran her own business providing arts administration, marketing and events organisations services. Jackie has a Drama Degree from Manchester University and studied Law at the College of Law. She is also a qualified mediator and arbitrator.

  • Finance Manager: Kevin Dunn

    Finance Manager: Kevin Dunn

    Kevin has an accounting and finance degree from Liverpool University and trained as a management accountant at Proctor & Gamble. Kevin works with a wide range of performing arts companies including Soho Theatre and Writers' Centre, Fairfield Hall Croydon and Royal Court Theatre Liverpool. Kevin brings over 25 years of accounting experience to his role at ITC. Kevin is available to answer our members' finance and tax queries - just drop him a line.

    Kevin is in the office most Mondays and works remotely rest of the week.

  • General Manager: Zoe Bateman

    General Manager: Zoe Bateman

    Zoe studied Performing Arts at London Metropolitan University and has a post-grad diploma in Digital Marketing. After a short stint as an actor she found her place in arts management, working for the King's Head Theatre, Ustinov Studio [Bath Theatre Royal] and Barbican Centre. Most recently Zoe worked for Greenwich & Lewisham Young People’s Theatre, where she progressed from Admin & Marketing Assistant to General Manager. Her responsibilities included finance, HR, marketing, design, tour booking and project management.

    Zoe works full time.

  • Communications Manager: Thea Stanton

    Communications Manager: Thea Stanton

    After studying Drama at Bristol University, Thea went on to complete a Masters in Choreography at Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance. In addition to her own independent producing, Thea has worked at Punchdrunk Enrichment, The Barbican, Trinity Laban Creative Learning Department, Spontaneous Combustion Festival, Battersea Arts Centre and Tavaziva Dance. She has also been invited to lecture on her experiences of cross arts collaboration at Arts University Bournemouth, Goldsmiths and Trinity Laban.   • Project Manager (Maternity Cover): Imogen Rose Burgess

    Project Manager (Maternity Cover): Imogen Rose Burgess

    Imogen read Music, specialising in Urban Ethnomusicology, at King's College London and studied Singing under Diane Forlano at The Royal Academy of Music before becoming a freelance opera, ballet and theatre Producer. She then worked for three years as a Senior Production Coordinator for a West End and UK/ International Touring Production Company before joining the ITC team as their Project Manager (Maternity Cover) in September 2018. Imogen is responsible for managing, administering and assisting in the development of specific ITC projects in relation to professional development, industrial relations and events.

    Imogen works part time.

    Project Manager: Sasha Alsop

    Currently on maternity leave

    Sasha is responsible for managing, administering and assisting in the development of specific ITC projects in relation to professional development, industrial relations and events. She joined ITC in 2011, with an MA in Arts Administration & Cultural Policy from Goldsmiths College, and a degree in English Literature from Leeds University. She has previously worked for various organisations including Soho Theatre and Arts Council England.

    Sasha is on leave until Autumn 2019
