• Projects including updating our Fair Work Approved contracts, creating helpsheets for the introduction of the new Employment Rights Act 2025 and drafting guidance on AI and digital rights.

Our work is underpinned by the needs of ITC members. 

That’s why we’re asking you to reach out to ITC if you would like to discuss your experience on the following topics: 

• Engaging Dancers and using our Dancers’ contract
• Applying for variations – how did you find the process?
• Agreements between venues and touring theatre companies 
• Digital rights and using AI tools

Variations

Last year we successfully negotiated several variations to the Fair Work Approved contracts with the unions. The Fair Work Approved agreements are designed to have some flexibility, but we appreciate that there are some unique practices or occasions where variations need to be sought.
