Feel free to call us for a brief chat to find out if and how we can help. However, advice for non-members will be limited, and we may just suggest you join. We provide unlimited, personalised guidance to all our members.
Non-members can access specific resources, post jobs on our free industry opportunities board, and book training courses.
We regularly distribute an industry newsletter sent out in the third week of the month. If you have a submission, please send it to Rachel at r.hepworth@itc-arts.org for review.
Membership applications are reviewed on a regular basis. If you haven’t heard from us after five working days, please get in touch at admin@itc-arts.org

Accessibility at The Albany
The first-floor meeting rooms and our office have lift access. The ground floor has fully accessible toilets. The box office, theatre, studios, and café are also on the ground floor, along with some meeting rooms.
Assistance animals can be brought into any of the spaces.
Travelling to the Albany
If you are travelling to the Albany, we encourage you to walk, cycle, or use public transport if you can.
We are 250m from Deptford Station (National Rail), around a 2-minute walk.
We are 450m from New Cross Station (National Rail and Overground), around a 7-minute walk.
We are 700m from Deptford Bridge Station (DLR), around a 9-minute walk.
All of these stations have step-free access to all platforms via lifts.
There are multiple bus routes serving the area. Please use tfl.gov.uk to plan your journey.
The Albany offers bicycle storage in their garden during our opening hours. You may leave your cycle in the rack at your own risk.
Disabled parking: Limited disabled parking is available at the rear of the Albany. There are nearby free parking spaces for Blue Badge holders in Frankham Street car park. There is free on-street parking on Watson Street and Octavius Street.
The nearest drop-off point for cars and taxis is on Idonia Street.
