After an unprecedented year of political concerns and worrying shifts in our society and environment, we are inviting you to join us for a day of reflective provocations about working with uncertainty.

Afternoon Breakout sessions:

Managing Morale In The Face of Uncertainty with arts consultant Carolyn Graham
Focusing on working relationships this session will explore how teams can cope with crisis and change, downsizing and restructuring whilst maintaining good communication.

More Than Surviving with Jonathan Petherbridge (London Bubble Theatre Company) Lynda Hornsby (Dark Horse Theatre Company) Chris Lloyd (Red Ladder) Sarah Nicholson (Orange Tree Theatre)
Looking towards Art Council England’s National Portfolio Organisation announcement in July, this session will be led by companies who have managed to continue their work after losing core funding and will consider how to rethink, reinvent and plan for survival.

Artists Responding To Global Challenges with Michael Chandler (Cardboard Citizens) Judith Knight (Arts Admin) and Joanna Ostrom from Good Chance
Climate change, refugee crisis, homelessness – After an unprecedented year of political concerns and worrying shifts in our society and environment this session will focus on artists tackling global issues and consider how the independent theatre sector can make a difference.

AGM Board Elections
The notice and agenda for the morning's AGM is now available. We will be electing six ITC Board members. The profiles of those people who have chosen to stand and the Agenda can be found on the right hand side of this page. If you are unable to attend on the day but would still like to vote please contact admin@itc-arts.org for a voting form and return it by Monday 20 February.
