Our AGM & Conference will take place on Wednesday 21 February 2018 at the Canada Water Culture Space. The day will focus on fundraising in the independent theatre sector and include topics on creative approaches to raising funds, GDPR and ethical fundraising.

Breakout Session Options

Each of these breakout sessions will run twice. In the coming weeks, once speakers have been announced, we will ask you to select which breakouts you would like to attend for the 15:00 - 16:00 and the 16.30 - 17.30 sessions.


At our AGM there will be an opportunity to be elected as a new member to the ITC Board. Our current board is made up of managers, producers, artistic directors and other representatives from our member companies, who help to shape our strategy, hold us to account, contribute to our advocacy and act as ambassadors for ITC and independent performing arts. Our board offer leadership, management, HR, finance, communication and a range of other skills alongside their sector knowledge and networks. Fundraiser's Forum

The conference will also mark the launch The ITC Fundraisers Forum, a quarterly free peer support session for Chief Executives, Managers and professional Fundraisers to share knowledge and skills, access expert advice and keep up to date with developments in the performing arts. 


Booking

We ask members for a contribution of £40+VAT towards the cost of their place at the AGM & Conference.
There are a limited number of AGM & Conference bursaries available for unfunded companies from outside of London. Please get in contact if you would like to find out more.


Fundraising Survey & Conference Discount

To help us assess how best to support the sector and ensure you get the most possible from the events, we are asking for feedback regarding your fundraising experiences, as well as suggestions for the conference and forum. As a thank you for taking time to complete this short survey we are offering all survey participants a £10 discount from either a place at the conference or an ITC training course. At the end of the survey please return to this page and manually select the discount option.

New Companies

We are offering new members an ITC Board ‘buddy’ for the event. If you have never been to an ITC Conference before or haven’t been for a while and would like some support in networking let us know and we will match you up with one of our Board members . Your Board ‘buddy’ can introduce you to other members, provide you with information and give you some context for engaging in the conversation. To sign up please send us an email.
