The 2025 Handbook has arrived! It has a lot of information in it and is designed to be a non-contractual supplement to your FWA agreements.

What’s new about this handbook?

Unlike the previous handbook, which was just agreed with Equity, this handbook has been agreed with all three unions.

There are procedures in the handbook that apply only to employees, but much of the good practice is relevant for all personnel.

How to use the handbook:

The handbook is designed with organisations in mind. It gives you a lot of information and is phrased with organisations as the audience.

We encourage you to read it and refer to it as you need. It should also be a starting point for you to create your own handbook to share with your employees. Your own handbook should convey your organisation’s ethos and values. It should also reflect the way that you work while being complementary to the FWA agreements.
