Opportunity to join the ITC Board

On 24th March 2026, ITC will be holding our Annual General Meeting online. At the AGM, we will be holding elections for the ITC Board.

AGM Notice and Agenda

Nomination Form

The ITC Board is made up of 15 members elected from and by our membership. You can view the current board members here. As a national organisation, ITC aims to recruit board members from across the UK reflecting the diversity of our membership. We strongly encourage nominations from individuals who bring perspectives, skills, or backgrounds that are currently underrepresented. At the moment, we have very few London-based board members. This year, there are 3 vacancies.

Our board plays a vital role in shaping the future of ITC, helping us to develop and improve the services we provide to members and contributing to our advocacy for the sector. It is an essential sounding board for the organisation and provides a democratic mandate for the work we do on behalf of the professional performing arts.

Conditions of ITC Board membership:

Board members are elected for an initial three-year term, with the option to stand for a second term. (six years maximum)

The board meets four times a year (twice in-person, twice online) during working hours.

Board members must be a full member of ITC (company, hub or individual). Network and Associate Members cannot stand.
