This 90 minute online session will explain the legal issues and the practicalities of setting up and running a Limited Company and the benefits and disadvantages of Charitable Status.
It is aimed at those who are considering whether to register a Company or apply for Charitable Status.
This session is presented as a seminar with the opportunity to send in questions in advance.
Jackie Elliman is ITC’s Legal & Industrial Relations Manager. Jackie studied Drama at Manchester University and Law at the College of Law and has worked for Equity, UK Theatre/SOLT and as a freelance consultant for a wide range of performing arts companies.
