This course is taught over a full day, in-person
Set over two sessions, this course provides a clearer understanding of contract law and practices alongside the communication and personal skills needed to negotiate successfully.
The first session will cover the principles of contract law and practice, including:
– How to make successful legally binding contractual agreements.
– What should a good contract contain?
– An explanation and exploration of contract terms.
– What happens when things go wrong – breach of contract, cancellation, frustration of contract.
– Making contracts work for you to build successful business relationships.
