This two hour seminar looks at the differences between freelancers and employees and explains how to draft contracts that are appropriate.

A look at the practicalities of drafting contracts, the benefits of a non-adversarial approach to contract drafting and why there are such different requirements for employee contracts and freelance contracts.

This course will be useful for anyone who ever drafts contracts for people working for their organisation.
This session will be an online presentation with questions taken throughout.
Jackie Elliman is ITC’s Legal & Industrial Relations Manager. Jackie studied Drama at Manchester University and Law at the College of Law and has worked for Equity, UK Theatre/SOLT and as a freelance consultant for a wide range of performing arts companies.
