Rates of Pay

ITC negotiates minimum rates of pay, on behalf of its members, with the appropriate unions for administrative staff, choreographers, designers, directors, fight directors, performers, stage managers, freelance producers and writers.

These Rates of Pay are negotiated as part of the various ITC Ethical Manager agreements, however, members who do not yet issue these contracts are encouraged to use these rates as a bottom line wherever possible. Guidance on using rates of pay outside this contractual context can be found in the Rate of Pay Guidance help sheet.

We’re proud to announce that after a productive consultation with members through the Autumn and a constructive and collaborative negotiation with Equity in December, Equity members have voted to accept ITC and Equity’s recommendations for improvements on the minimum terms of the ITC/Equity Agreements.

If you are an ITC member and would like more information on the new 2024-27 minimum rates and agreed transition period please call or email us.
