The updated Fair Work Approved contracts for the 2025/26 financial year have been distributed directly to Ethical Managers/Fair Work Approved Managers.

New Fair Work Approved Logo
There is now a Fair Work Approved logo for accredited companies. If you are an accredited company, you will receive a unique FWA reference number for the relevant year (running 1 April to 31 March), as well as a logo. Displaying these kitemarks guarantees compliance with or improvement on the minimum terms and conditions set out in the collective agreements.
