Safeguarding for the Performing Arts

Wednesday 31 October 10.00am - 5.00pm

This course aims to help you identify and understand safeguarding concerns, issues and responsibilities when working with children, young people and vulnerable adults.

By the end of the course you will have explored and have an understanding of:

  • The safeguarding issues that you may encounter in workshop, performance and workplace settings
  • The necessity for the prompt and effective reporting of incidents and concerns
  • Relevant legislation
