In the Leadership Package you get 3 ITC courses which have been matched to complement each other for Senior Managers, CEO and/or Board Members. We especially feel these this package is useful for members of staff who are new to a role and want to get the best grounding possible.


This three-day package is intended to benefit senior managers; such as CEOs, artistic directors, executive directors or general managers who are responsible for senior level financial matters, board management and company productivity and morale.

This package is also suitable for board members, who want to have a deeper understanding of company accounts, and become a more active board member and support the company’s well-being.

Finance Explained | Mon 29th April
Day one will demystify the fundamental accounting concepts and terminology that underpin financial reporting, enabling senior managers or board members without formal financial qualifications to fulfill their responsibilities with confidence.

Boards & Governance | Tues 21st May
Day two will help you consider how best to both run and be part of a strong and effective board. The course provides essential legal and organisational information whilst offering plenty of opportunity for discussion.

Managing Difficult Conversations | Tues 4th Jun
The final day will teach you how to engage and motivate staff in an increasingly demanding and changing arts management environment. Using a motivational skills approach, this course gives practical ways to keep morale as high as possible in a team and how to deal with challenging conversations.

All three days for a discounted rate of £275 + VAT (£330) for ITC members and £450 + VAT (£540) for non-members.
