Producer Package Spring 2019

Tuesday 12 March 2019 10.00am - Wednesday 8 May 5.00pm

Intended to benefit both freelance and in-house producers who want to develop skills in booking and managing and negotiate tours; improve fundraising activity and understand how to utilise online platforms to promote your work.

The courses in these two packages have been matched to complement each other. We especially feel these packages are useful for members of staff who are new to a role and want to get the best grounding possible.

Standard Package

Tour Booking | Tue 12th Mar
The first day will guide you through the particular set of skills and specialist knowledge that you need to successfully book a tour.

Digital Marketing and Social Media | Wed 3rd Apr
The final day will help you to consider how digital tools can be used to engage creative marketing. Moving away from marketing as a broadcasting tool, the course will enable you to think creatively about the use of social media within the arts.

Effective Fundraising | Wed 1st May
Day two focuses on fundraising, looking at trusts, foundations and government sources this course will teach you how to identify funders, confidently communicate with them and develop a long-term approach to fundraising.

Deluxe Package, includes an extra course

Negotiations and Contracts | Wed 8th May
This additionally day will enable you to conduct successful negotiations and formalise the results into simple, effective and legally binding contracts.

Please note, all package course need to bee taken in the same term and can not be split across terms.

Three full days for a discounted rate of £285 + VAT for ITC members or £450 + VAT for non-members.

Deluxe Package
four full days for a discounted rate of £380 + VAT for ITC members or £620 + VAT for non-members.
