We are excited to introduce you to the features of our brand-new website, designed to significantly enhance your membership experience. Here’s what you can look forward to:

Multiple Logins for Organisational Members

One of the most significant updates is the ability for organisational members to have multiple logins. This means Membership Coordinators can now add staff members who can log in independently to access ITC resources and book training etc. Say goodbye to sharing login details!

Personalised Dashboard

Your new membership dashboard is where you can:

  • Update personal contact details.
  • Manage mailing list preferences.
  • View and manage events and courses you are booked on.
  • Membership coordinators will also be able to update your members directory public profile.

Enhanced Members Directory

Our new vibrant members directory is better than ever. You can now explore the many companies and producers that make up the ITC community with advanced filter options. Note: Your profile will appear in the directory only while you maintain your membership, adding value to your ITC membership.

Rates of Pay Page

The Rates of Pay page remains accessible to all, displaying the agreed minimum rates of pay. For more detailed guidance, see our new Q&A section at the bottom. ITC members are encouraged to contact us with any questions.

Job & Board Opportunities

Members can continue to add job and board opportunities for free. Simply log in and submit an opportunity. Non-members can email us the role details, and we will add it for you. We will also continue to feature members job posts in our monthly newsletter, Members Matters.

Revamped Resources Section

Our resources section has received a facelift! Our advice team has updated and refined our help sheets. Use the new filters or search option to find the information you need. ITC members are encouraged to call us for bespoke advice.

Training and Events

Stay up-to-date with ITC’s upcoming training and events, clearly listed in date order. Book live events and courses or register your interest in future sessions.

We also encourage ITC members to share relevant professional development opportunities. Simply log in to submit an event.

How to I log in and get started?

To help you transition smoothly to our new site, membership coordinators will receive an email during the week commencing 1st July 2024. This email will contain detailed instructions on how to log in to the new website, as well as how to add staff members and utilise the new features. Contact Zoe or Rachel if you have any questions or issues.
