Membership Types & Fees

You can join ITC as an organisation, a hub or as an independent producer.

Membership Types

Organisation Membership

ITC welcomes performing arts organisations of all shapes and sizes, at every stage of their development. You do not have to be a registered company in order to join, just share our values.

Organisation annual membership fees are based on turnover (total income excluding Capital grants) for the previous year. Starting from £200+VAT (£240), see full list of member fees in the drop down list below.

Hub Membership

ITC is encouraging venues and other larger organisations who share ITC’s values to join us in a way that will support their own organisations and the smaller companies/artists they are working to develop.

This means both your team and associates you support can get legal advice, training discounts, online resources, invites to events. Plus supported companies/artists get 20% off their first year of full membership.

Hub Membership is £1110 + VAT per year flat rate. Please contact Zoe to speak about joining us as a Hub member.

Independent Membership

Designed to support independent producers who share ITC values, seeking guidance on running themselves as a company and employing people.

ITC is welcoming a growing number of producers, so it is important to us that we meet their needs, often the fit is right, but sometimes we suggest union membership if they need support as a freelancer. Your ITC membership covers the work you create, so we can’t advise you on behalf of another organisation, however if they would like to join ITC on your recommendation we can offer an introductory discount. Independent Membership costs £200 + VAT a year (£240.00)

Applying for Arts Council funding?
ITC membership fees are an allowable expense, so make sure you ask for funding to cover it. The Arts Council recognises ITC membership as promoting good governance, sustainability and employment practices in the sector.
