Jacks Lantern Productions Ltd

We are Joleen White and Peter Aldred, a writing, directing and producing partnership based in Sheffield.

We started our limited company together in April 2022. We plan to make theatre shows, films, creative events and a community horror cinema. We also have experience in film editing and photography. Joleen also has experience in providing access support and is available to support disabled creatives in writing funding applications.

Our organisational aims

• Jacks Lantern Productions strive to contribute to the quality of life of the community of Yorkshire by expanding their horizons through the provision of accessible professional and community theatre shows, film production and creative events.
• Our mission is to redress the societal imbalance in the creative industry by promoting underrepresented creatives, groups and communities.
• We aspire to produce exciting, original and excellent productions and events in Yorkshire. We aim to inspire, excite and include!
• We aim to engage in creative and meaningful ways with as wide a range of audiences as possible. We endeavour to engage with other artists, professionals, companies and groups to create a variety of work.
• Affordability and access are important to us and is reflected in the way we work.
