ITC offers its members unlimited bespoke advice on a full range of legal, managerial and financial topics including: copyright, employment and dismissals, contracts, tax, business planning, organisational structure and staff development.
Representing this community of 450 members ITC provides a strong voice for the independent performing arts sector – raising its profile and representing its interests with policy makers.
We also provide:
- A range of tailored professional development opportunities including in-house and online training.
- National and regional networking events and industry conferences, helping to create a thriving community of performing arts professionals.
- Access to online helpsheets on contracts, employment law, finance and much more, as well as regular newsletters.
- Personal support and guidance through the Company Registration and Charitable Status application processes, (we charge for this support at competitive rates, see below).

ITC Incorporation & Charitable Status Rates
ITC provides an Incorporation Service for its members. The ITC services cost £120 + VAT for an online application (plus the Companies House £50 fee).
Our expertise is in the Not-for-profit sector, so we can provide Articles of Association that have Objects that will satisfy funders (but that do not make the company automatically charitable) and all necessary “not-for-profit” provisions.
We provide backup and guidance through the application process and we will tailor the Articles to fit your individual needs if necessary.
