This course is about successful performance management, staff development, and well-being. It will cover designing and developing a suitable appraisal process and the skills involved in conducting constructive appraisals. In light of COVID-19 lockdowns with many teams working remotely, line managers are conducting the first appraisals in a long time.
Ran online, this course offers a mix of the trainer’s presentation and group discussion, there will be plenty of opportunities to ask questions and share your own experiences.
This course is aimed at anyone who manages or coordinates recruitment processes, both for employees and freelancers. The learning from the session can be applied to a range of situations and sizes of organisations from small project-to-project companies to large venues.
Charlotte Jones is the Chief Executive of ITC. She trained as a lawyer and has many years of experience negotiating contracts and representing ITC and its members to funders, supporters, politicians, the press and media, development agencies, and the wider creative and cultural sector. Charlotte advises and trains managers and companies on all areas of people management including recruitment, appraisals, disputes and ending contracts.
